At Valjalah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

General Return Guidelines:

Returns must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date.

Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

Opened or used wellness products (such as supplements, skincare, and hygiene items).

Gift cards and promotional items.

Final sale or clearance items.

Clothing & Swag:

Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Exchanges for different sizes or styles are available based on inventory.

Refunds & Store Credit:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after approval.

Store credit may be issued for certain returns if preferred.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
